Product information "Rod holder"
The rod holders are the black (formerly blue) plastic parts that sit on the right and left of each rib and in which the rods are hung. If you still have the "old" blue rod holders attached to your kayak, you can remove the remnants with pliers or simply drill out the rivet from the back (side where there is no washer) (drill diameter: 3 mm) until the rivet foot ring simply pops off. The rivet can then be driven through with a thinner pin (2.5 mm). Then the new rod holders can be pushed in and tapped round with washer and rivet with a hammer on the back. If you need more than one, we have a whole set (14 pieces) for this case. You can find the set under item number 1114108 in our shop!
